The Home Ranch cattle operation in Northwest Colorado specializes in breeding highly valued Akaushi cattle with one of America’s top beef breeds: Red Angus. Free range and grass fed for life, our American Wagyu beef is well marbled and recognized for its excellent cooking and eating quality. Our beef is grass finished on the Elk River Valley’s grasses that we manage with rotational grazing, so our beef has environmental and health benefits along with it's great taste. Us here at the ranch all love raising and eating our beef, and feel you will too!
Delicious tasting beef raised in the Elk River Valley of Northwest Colorado. Wagyu crossed with Red Angus leads to an animal that finishes well on grass and is well marbled, but available at lesser cost than pure Wagyu. Our beef is processed just an hour from the ranch, and is dry aged for 14+ days, before being vacuum sealed and frozen.
We care greatly about the cows, the land they graze on, the horses that move them, and the final beef product. We hope you enjoy!
Meet Us
The Home Ranch
The beef will be shipped in a 14″x14″x14″ box, with a high quality liner, ice packs, and dry ice. We ship your box out on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid shipping delays, so it will get to you in 1-3 days. As soon as you receive your package, please unbox it into the freezer. While you might not see any dry ice remaining, as long as the meat is cold to the touch the quality has not diminished.
